As a follow-up to the recent LOI (Letter of Intent) announcement, Vizzeco and Starnix are excited to announce they have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which was executed February 22nd. The two companies have already commenced an exchange of operational funding and resources that will allow Vizzeco to ramp up its sales and technical infrastructure in preparation for the process of going public, in the near future.
